Job Description: Business Development Executive/Manager (In Office)

Great Future Technology Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing software services company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT software sales and should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should possess excellent negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify and create business opportunities in the industry.


  • Identify and create business opportunities in the industry
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and leads generated
  • Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Understand clients' requirements and tailor solutions to their needs
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective, existing, and new clients
  • Familiarize oneself with all products and services offered by the company
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales
  • Recognize potential clients through market research
  • Internet research and lead generation through advanced methods
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Develop proposals and quotes to generate business for the organization
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients
  • Remain aware of trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
  • Build business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Do cold calling, email campaigns, and social media campaigns
  • Research, lead generation through advanced methods
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Bid on freelance/online portals
  • Support the team with other responsibilities as required
  • Increase business presence


  • BSc./B.Tech (Computer Science) / Any Graduation and MBA (Marketing Full Time)
  • Minimum of 2 years of total sales and marketing experience
  • Present company work experience of more than 1 year (sales and marketing only)
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing and demonstrated sales success
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong decision-making skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Team player and positive attitude
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
