🛠 Your Role at GFTPL

• Develop scalable backend applications with Django or FastAPI
• Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
• Optimize applications for speed and efficiency
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Collaborate closely with frontend and product teams
• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2–3 years in Python backend development
• Strong knowledge of Django, REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Experience with Git and familiarity with cloud deployment
• Problem-solving mindset and good communication skills
• Laptop Requirement: i5/i7-10th gen+, 8GB/16GB RAM, SSD, FHD Screen
• Internet: Stable broadband connection
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

💰 Compensation & Perks

• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000
• Annual CTC: ₹2–3 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
