Role Overview
We are looking for a high-energy Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B / SaaS / software sales. The role involves lead sourcing, client meetings, demos, proposal creation, and deal closures with SMEs and enterprises.
This position requires field visits, office presence, and direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & CRM Management

Source decision-maker contacts using LinkedIn, Google, company websites, and professional networks

Research SMEs, startups, agencies, IT firms, HR & admin departments
-
Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM systems
2. Client Meetings & Requirement Understanding

Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings
-
Understand business workflows, challenges, and sales processes
-
Identify the right solution (CRM, productivity, or digital identity)
3. Product Demos & Sales Presentations
-
Deliver product demos for bizTrx CRM and DeskStreamz
-
Create customized sales presentations and proposals
-
Coordinate with internal teams for demos, pricing, and onboarding
4. Sales Closure & Relationship Management
-
Negotiate and close win-win deals with SMEs and startups
-
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
-
Maintain long-term client relationships and smooth onboarding
Must-Have Qualifications
-
1–3 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Software sales
-
Strong communication and client-handling skills
-
Comfortable with field sales, demos, and networking events
-
Willing to work in Work From Office (WFO) setup

Comfortable using CRM tools for lead and sales management

Based in or willing to work from the following regions:
Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi NCR, Sonipat, Panipat, Chandigarh, Panchkula, SAS Nagar (Mohali)
Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling CRM, ERP, or productivity software

Understanding of SME sales cycles and solution-based selling

Ability to create professional proposals and documentation

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
