Return, Refund and Cancellations Policy

The refund and cancellation policy for Great Future Technology Private Limited:

**(SOFTWARE)**  
Great Future Technology Private Limited undertakes all projects under the scope of objectives that determine the direction/route followed by the project.

All Web Design / Web Development / Mobile Application Development / Software Development / Search Engine Optimization / Digital Marketing / Hosting Services / Maintenance of a website are carried out and accepted after a total analysis and creation of a complete scope document, to ensure that our teams have a full understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating possibilities of any project cancellation/reversal/dispute.

Since Great Future Technology Private Limited and the client understand that work is involved to achieve every milestone of the project and complete every module, a refund would not be possible for the work once assigned to us.

Payments for custom design projects / above services made to us in increments by the client are non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all charges paid are retained by Great Future Technology Private Limited, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e., PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. A $100 chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s), must be paid in full before service is restored, files delivered, or any further work is done. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is a fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy before making a payment.

We are willing to work with you, and after receiving confirmation from your side, we immediately act on it and send your work in progress. Therefore, if you retract after confirmation, the amount you have already paid is non-refundable. We interact with our clients and do our best to solve all their queries and start work after their approval. Therefore, there is no provision for any kind of refund. We mentioned that the paid amount is non-refundable in any circumstance.

**Returns**

You may return a product within 3 days of your order date if a manufacturing defect has been found. A product’s part or entire sales package will be replaced depending on the defect. Any signs of physical or incidental damages to the product or product packaging will be chargeable and shall be deducted before the refund can be processed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 24-48 hours before a refund can be processed.

**Cancellation Policy**

You may cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped to you. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the product, a refund is possible only if the product is unopened and in the same condition as it was received. However, the shipping costs have to be borne by the customer. Your refund will be processed 15 business days after your product has been received and inspected.

**Refunds (if applicable)**

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

**Refund Processing Timeline**

For both software and hardware-related refunds, once a return request is approved, the refund will be processed within 15 business days. The refund amount will be credited to the original method of payment. Please note that this timeline is in addition to the time taken for us to receive and inspect the returned product, if applicable.

**For Software Services:**

The refund, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days after confirming the eligibility for a refund as per our terms and conditions. No refunds will be provided for services once they have been started or completed.

**For Hardware Products:**

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned hardware product, if a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days. The refund amount will be credited to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
