Pay Structure:

  • Competitive base salary (depending on experience)
  • Target-based commission structure: Earn additional income based on your sales performance!
  • Travel Allowance (TA) & Dearness Allowance (DA): To help cover your work-related expenses.

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Brief:

We're looking for a driven and outgoing BDR to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for generating leads and sales for our design and development services by directly visiting businesses in our city. You'll be the face of our company, building relationships with potential clients and showcasing how our services can benefit their business.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct on-site visits to businesses within the designated territory.
  2. Build rapport with potential clients and identify their needs.
  3. Present our products such as :- business cards, software, and website development solutions, highlighting how they can solve client problems and achieve goals.
  4. Effectively explain pricing structures and answer client questions about our services.
  5. Secure appointments for in-depth consultations and demos with our products and development teams.
  6. Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert them into paying clients.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and develop relationships with potential clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and the ability to close deals.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must have two wheeler for travel.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the design, software, or website development industry.
  • Experience with cold calling or lead generation techniques.
  • A creative and solutions-oriented mindset.
